The Reunion Show to Put All Other Reunion Shows to Shame

[Update: According to Mark Salomon of Stavesacre, it looks like this show IS indeed going to happen next year. I believe it’ll only be in Texas so plan you road trips accordingly.] How To Write A Essay About Me. , Living Sacrifice, Puller, Ghoti Hook, Embodyment, Everdown. Oh my goodness, heck yes I am in. However, I would prefer they do 3 different reunion shows, West Coast, Midwest, and East Coast. Make it like the recent Revelation Records Shows. Who’s down for this? Add Plankeye, Craig’s Brother, and Slick Shoes to the West Coast date and I will be there in a second.

  1. I’d go to this if they made a special West Coast edition (namely: Southern California).

  2. David says:

Even if this is the only one, I may go anyways. I’ve been waiting for them to confirm the date.

  3. Taylor C. says:

Other than LS, it seems like this would be the newer Embodyment. The other bands aren’t exactly death-metal material. :/

    Still an awesome lineup, regardless.

  4. Uw Madison Masters Thesis Requirements. says:

I wasn’t much of a “death metal” Embodyment fan but I did like their later more rock oriented sound.

  5. Steven Cosand says:

Embrace The Eternal front to back plz?

  6. Holy cow! Please happen. Been wanting some sign that Sean Corbray is still alive for years. Seems like every awesome band from the 90’s/early 00’s has had a reunion but Embodyment.

  7. eman says:

They should have the crucified on the bill too.

  8. YES! With most of the enthusiasm directed towards Ghoti Hook, Puller and Stavesacre. Embodyment only if it’s Corbray era.

  9. Daniel says:

Halo of Winter era Embodyment and I’m there.

  10. Stephen Schenk says:

I’d go, but something tells me its going to be somewhere on the west coast, but if its like Nashville I’m there.

  11. Stephen Schenk says:

never mind, I see Dallas, TX now

  12. SJatcko says:

Ghoti Hook is why I would go

  13. Jake C says:

I didnt realize Living Sacrifice broke up again… :(

  14. Ty says:

yeah, I’d go. Here’s hoping it’s embrace the eternal era, everdown and LS make me think it could be. And since folks really dug the famine, it seems reasonable.

  15. DT says:

If it was the Supplication or Embrace the Eternal era Embodyment… wow, ha! That album is slamtastic and has never stopped being a favorite!

  16. jim says:

i’d see the show if in Atlanta

  17. Isaac says:

    YES. This would rule.

  18. jason says:

I’m in. It’ll prolly be at The Door in Dallas. Been to quite a few shows there.

  19. Ian DeVaney says:

I really want to try to go. I like your idea of having three different shows. If they wanted to have a show in the Midwest, I would definitely be up for trying to book it for them!

I also think that Strongarm should be on the bill.

  20. Taras says:

    this will sell fast

  21. DALLAS!!!!

not a huuuuge fan of any of these (before my time) but I might try and make it to this. Dallas has been getting some good reunions lately :D

  22. Wer duz it say it wil b in dalas?

  23. Loren Wade says:

Everyone knows this is fake, right? It was a mockup by a fan. There’s no announced plans that this is real.

  24. Jake Potter says:

blessed to be a texan! (and live in dallas!)

  25. jay arn says:

I would love to see Embodyment when they were death metal also. I’d love it if they were to come back. Living Sacrifice always puts out great meal too.

  26. Seth says:

How about some Outer Circle? Now THAT would be a reunion!

  27. Bryce says:

I was born in the early 90’s and didn’t start listening to Christian music til about 2001, and Christian metal a few years later. Thus, I missed out on a decade of supposedly great music in the 90’s. I’m glad I saw this post. I knew about all of these bands, but never really listened to them. I just pulled up Embodyment’s “Embrace the Eternal” on Spotify. That stuff is brutal! I’m in the first stages of my 90’s Christian music binge!

  28. Travis Aker says:

If this show like comes to the Midwest I want it to be in Dayton OH at The Attic, I would pay 50.00 to see this show straight up. I would be one of the first people in line to buy tickets.
