Columbia, South Carolina’s Sent By Ravens is a band that knows how to work hard. Even their formation took a lot of hard work, with two of the members moving to the East Coast from Hawaii to turn their dreams into a reality. Sent By Ravens are gearing up to release their debut album “Our Graceful Words” on Tooth & Nail Records. Eleven beautifully crafted songs recorded by Aaron Sprinkle (Anberlin, The Almost) and mixed by JR McNeely (Underoath, Relient K), “Our Graceful Words” will be available in stores and online April 20th.

Album artwork is a little lame, reminds me of Fair’s recent album in it’s simplicity. Very much looking forward to this though.
I’m not feeling the album art as well and it did remind me of Fair’s album also but I know the music in it should be amazing. Same with The Classic Crime, lame artwork great music.
Love these guys!
I like the artwork, but it looks too much like Fair’s.
cool i didnt know they were from columbia, sc. i go to usc in columbia and i saw them with anberlin in november i think, werent too shabby.
they aren’t from columbia. they just say that cause its the closest big city. they started in lamar sc. dane and jj came from hawaii, and andy is from darlington. zach is from georgia. but all the practices and stuff were held in lamar. until recently when they let their old bassist jamie windham go, and now they are based out of hartsville sc. my hometown. yes!
