Josh Scogin (the Chariot) has a solo project called A Rose By Any Other Name. We’ve posted on this before when various demo songs have come out on his myspace. A release date has finally been set for his album. It’s called One For My Master And One For My Dame and releases on May 7th 2010. You can also hear a new song called Unfather at his myspace here.

it seems as though may 7th is a friday, which means that most likely this will be a digital release. I do hope that this will come out on cd, with booklet and all. anyways, I am Still STOKED FOR THIS!!! best release of the year hands down…(other than living sacrifice…i didn’t forget, don’t hate.) This album (digital or not) will be the best thing to come out since Elvis’ first record. haha just kidding.

It was a physical release, not a digital. You can order it from the Velvet Press. I got my copy in the mail today and the packaging is really amazing. Worth the money.
Here’s the deal. go to his myspace (myspace.com/thejoshscogin) click on the store (thevelvetpress) order the cd. I ordered mine sunday.
