Shake it Up

Two former members of Nihilio have started a synth pop/electronica outfit called “Shake it Up” and you can listen to them right here.  Look for more new songs soon!

hmmm. simplistic to say the least. rough is a very good description. cant really get any kind of feel of where they’re going from what’s up unfortunately. hopefully they’ll come out with some good stuff that doesn’t sound like a certain Postal Service rip-off band.

  • Brandon says:

Yeah it’s hard to get a feel after just one single rough instrumental track. He told me they are working on a cover and some more new songs so I’ll post links to those as soon as they are live.

  • Dan (shake it up) says:

Not to be picky, but just to clear up something ahead of time in case people wonder, the guy helping me out with this project is not a former member of nihilio, but rather my brother. However, I will be calling on the help of my fellow nihilio members with this project.

Thank you very much for writing something up for us, indievisionmusic, and also, thank you Chris for the comment, I appreciate hearing anything people have to say about the music that I decide to release.

  • Dee says:

These guys are actually really good. Give them a chance and I promise you’ll love them! They’re really nice people, too:]

  • Chris says:

Believe me! The music that dan is writing right now sounds nothing like that instrumental/techno whatever on his page right now. I don’t even know why he has that song up there, maybe just as a filler. But what I have heard of his ideas at least right now sounds great! Cant wait for his project to get going!
