I’m dead serious, Five Iron Frenzy have tremendous popularity for a dead Christian ska band. Just check out their FIFDVD Facebook page, they are already at almost 3,000 fans, they have over 1,000,000 plays on myspace, and the buzz is still building. Can you believe it’s been 6 years since they broke up? Anyway, the band updated their FAQ on the DVD Website. Also, Asian Man Records is reporting that the DVD will release in January 2010. I miss Beloved more. :(
Beloved is also a good band but they don’t have quite the appeal that Five Iron Frenzy had/has. I don’t think Beloved could generate this many fans. Though they do have a page on Facebook, http://www.facebook.com/pages/Beloved-US/9445448933?
Both bands are missed without a doubt. I am sure someday before the guys all turn 40, there will be a Beloved reunion.
Oh, I never claimed they had more of an appeal haha. FIF was an amazing band in their own right. But Beloved is the band that got me into music the way I am now, so they have that certain spot in my heart, you know?

Honestly, if Five Iron did decide to reunite I think that they would have no problems booking shows or getting promoted because they have so many devoted fans even after 6 years.
I miss a lot of bands like, dogwood, beloved, the juliana theory, but the band that i missed the most was the oc supertones (i like them more than fif), anyway FIF is a great band and it would be awesome if they come back. I’ll miss copeland though
