Our new summer sampler is finally ready! Download this eclectic group of songs at the links below. Make sure to visit each of the bands on their respective myspace pages. You can also visit Indie Vision Music on Facebook here. This sampler is split into three discs to make downloading a bit easier. We have split them into two rock discs and one heavier disc. They are just around 80 minutes each so they should fit nicely on 80 minute CD-Rs if you want to burn them. *Artwork designed by Isaac Ohman. This looks to be the best IVM sampler yet! There are some big names and some great up-and-coming bands…
Thanks for all the comments people. I have tried to get several T&N artists for this sampler but for whatever reason, it just didn’t work out. I even almost had a new Glorious Unseen track but I don’t know what happened. Anyway, I devote these samplers mostly to new mostly unsigned or indie label talent.

Cannot get the Summer Slam to unarchive. Others seem to be having this problem. Any idea when it will be fixed?

Try “Pausing” your download when you get to disc three and then see if that helps at all.

I’m listening to Disc #2 while i work right now. 1st impression is this is a lot more solid of a compilation than before. The artwork is really awesome as well, and great job on Tagging, you have really made this comp a pleasurable experience.

I found some others too…. but yeah the country band is some friends of mine and Isaac… so yeah, they are great people and do a good job with what they do, I just am not a big country fan, but I still support them.

sorry to comment again, but is Listening by Sinai Vessel suppose to cut off at the end and play silence for 52 seconds?
Probably not, I’ll look into that and see if I can get it fixed.
Steve: Same here. The original Sinai Vessel mp3 I have does indeed cut off and I was wondering about that too. Haven’t heard from the man above (in this case Brandon :) ) yet but I bet I will soon.
3rd cd being 81minutes was unfortunately avoidable (hence the wording ‘around 80 minutes’ and ‘should fit’ in the original post) but one should be able to burn it fine if the burning software allows ‘overburning’ or something similar. That’s nothing too advanced either.
If you really want to burn the discs on actual CDs (80min) and you can’t overburn the third disc all you can do is to remove one track from disc3. But I’m sure it’s not a big problem, there must be one track you don’t like. ;)

Lit, could you describe your problem a bit more in detail. I guarantee that it’s 100% working and fine on the server. Everything that happens between the server and the machine downloading the file is out of our hands :(

I just want to send out a quick message to all of you while I still feel good enough to type. I want to thank you all for downloading this sampler and thanks to Fusse for perfecting it.
All these files are sitting just fine on our server so if they aren’t downloading to your computer, that’s not our fault. I have downloaded them all on my work computer and here at home, and everything looks legit.

This song has slight glitches/crackling in the first minute or so.
Disc 3: Sinai Vessel – Listening
At 6:14 the song just apruptly stops and there’s only silence for the rest (around 1 minute)
hey monkey! I’ve noticed that too but they were already in the files I got to work with. Maybe Brandon can shed light into the situation, once he’s back in action.

i wasn’t able to burn disc #3 onto a disc. there wasn’t enough a room. no probems doing the first 2 discs though. so that’s kind of a bummer
