New Line to Relaunch Nightmare on Elm Street Franchise

New Line is working closely with producers Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form to relaunch the horror franchise, Nightmare on Elm Street. They are also at work on relaunching the Friday the 13th franchise. Do you think this is a good idea or bad?

Last fall I watched every Freddy movie ever made, and I will say Wes Craven’s New Nightmare was actually a well written film.
It will be interesting to see what they do with these. Maybe Johnny Depp will come back and be in another one.
